This is absolute wrong Location, I personally went. BOI doesn't Exist here. Go to Vandana Cinema. Its 1km from this point.

Third class services they don’t give attention to customer and even after few things which can be completed at the branch these people still send us at main branch .Helpless bank

One of the worst bank managers I have come across in my banking with. The branch manager Atul doesn't have the basic courtesy of how to talk to customers.
A simple task the moment they realize a mistake done by them, the blame game starts. Keep a customer on hold and fight over it.
Atul is not fit to be the branch manager at all.
Glad I don't bank with bank of India any more.
Such such illiterate person kept to run the branch one can understand their capability to run the show.

Very bad experience. We went there yesterday and a staff member made us wait for five hours before doing the required work which actually took only ten minutes. My husband is a diabetic senior citizen and I have a knee problem. Worst experience for both of us and a risk of catching Covid-19 due to prolonged exposure. The staff member should be ashamed of himself.
