This branch of SBI is not worth of giving single star. The branch staff is not well trained and don't know about the process. For home loan process the branch staff made me run here and there and same could have be done online with no other documentation involved. Really pathetic experience. Avoid going SBI as they dont require any customers

Bank manager is very co-operating, takes keen interest in fulfilling all the requirements of the customer, a go getter and very good at his job.
The staff also ensures customer satisfaction is fulfilled.
Always had very good experience in the bank.
Also, would like to comment on the internet services which I believe is one of the best services so far I have used over any other.

I have good experience. Staff is cooperative. Branch manager is helpful. Happy with the service. I hope customers will try to understand bank employees difficulties and understand their efforts.

Had a great experience during my loan and everythingwas super quick. Staff were responsive after working hours as well. Mr. Pankaj Pandey SBi branch manager was very supportive and guided us well and personally check the documentation and how things are going.
