The worst experience for customer support. After submitting the required documents for address change. I have been following up from 20 days approx.

No response from their team especially Amit who sits in Customer Support desk.

No matter how big is your brand. Customer support can make you sustain in the long run.

I would recommend to connect with small banks where you will get after sales service.

Ghatiya bank hai manager and staff attitude is bad pls avoid this bank parking is big issue here axis bank is not secure

If there would have been -5, I would have given it.. my only fault was that i trusted their bank employees and applied for a credit card..which was never delivered (that too their fault, wrong address mentioned by staff).. now I have to pay fees for credit card, eventhough applied for cancelling it.. If this is the treatment I get after being a customer of the Bank for last 8-9 years.. I don't know how they will treat new customers.. People beware, they are only behind new buisness, once done their attitude changes drastically.. utterly dissatisfied..

I am trying to contact the branch over the phone and since 2 days no body answering the call, very pathetic customer service

I have been pursuing for failed online transaction since one and half months..no satisfactory reply. No response.
