I Just visited this bank for Aadhar card updation. Staff is very arrogant, not at all helpfull. For aadhar updation process which is of 10 to 15 min. They took 5 hours. 5 hours I waited for only updation. Staff told me you open Fix deposit in our bank then we will process your aadhar quickly. Why govt. Is giving aadhar updation to such banks?

Very worst bank. Book oppoonment at 11am for updating aadhar card. After reaching there staff said u have wait for 1hour. Reason behind this is more people is in waiting on token basis.
If u are accepting people on token basis why the hell u r giving oppoonment on online.
Very worst experience.

If you are here for Aadhar enrollment, despite having an appointment they will make you stand outside the bank for nearly 30 mins. The least they can do is provide a seating arrangement. However the staff is co-operative and polite.

Poor Service, visited branch on dec 2nd to submit a request for account closure for this representative told me she will call me for further update however no call back, Today i again visited the branch for account closure status, they told me that i will get a call back from the representative who is handling my case before 12:00 noon with 100% guarantee.
Still waiting for call back or someone please update me with the status as well as, I was charged with non maintenance charges for this also i have not received any intimation from bank and they deducted without my consent. I want a resolution for this.

A nice branch with co operative and friendly staff. Only problem is searching the entrance to the bank as it's located/ through the bank ATM. You mistake it as an ATM only although you can see the branch through the glass facade.

Booked an appointment of 1.45 pm for updating mobile number on aadhaar card.
Still waiting for gaurd to call in.

I came at 1.40 pm and and now it is 3.00 pm, till this time bank have processed only 2 entries in this period

Not sure whether it is lack of knowledge, sufficient staff or anything... coz for sure there is no issue in aadhaar services or else we would have been asked to leave immediately.

Would like to why there is so much of delay and why bank don't work as per booking slots available in UIDAI portal.

I was just stepping out of IndusInd bank with my one week experience after meeting Mr. Shyam Shulka & Mr. Dubey who hardly know anything about onboarding process. They were most pessimistic about every asked. They did not process my initial payment check since 5 days.
Mr. Shyam took 2 days to arrange for the account opening & never had sufficient knowledge about operations & in turn on 14th June 2021 he said me why am I anxious & short tempered? I will be rather if my account with private bank is not operational after 5 days.

I am thankful to Mr. Yash Dedhia who made me comfortable & answer all queries & gave me all solution regarding multiple account opening.
I feel confident banking with him.

If anyone does not get right answer in Dombivali East IndusInd Bank ask for Mr. YASH DEDHIA.
