I came here twice for document verification. Nice experience.

Too much of unhelpful staff, more often playing blame games. I had to visit almost 3-4 consecutive days for very simple things and felt like it would take forever for them to help me get my things done. Staff is too slow and more involved in personal talks than being professional.

Most worst staff.they never give importance to customer.

Nice staffs...very helpful. I came here for document verification and received warm response from staffs...I also opened my account in same branch. Overall a nice experience.

absolutely 100% Right ,very bad service for bank of india ,Employees do not Even Talk Well With Customer , Especially the Kasaba Bawada Branch
