Very friendly and polite staff, handled Costomer very vell all over nice atmosphere

Pathetic service .....Some years back the staff was really very efficient and quick in their jobs but now last 6 to 7 years everything has changed. They never pick calls , rude response at the counters and their net banking never works

Pathetic service of Dombivli West branch. Phones are not answered even if answered never got a firm reply. Please change the old staff and replace with energetic people who care for their customers n serve them with proper service telephonically or personally ..

As on 18/12/21---Out of 3 ATM machines, last one is out of service.First one - no money transaction. Second one -only machine in working order but out of cash. Customers are forced to use ATM of other banks.
Hope that all machines will be in order in near future.
