Absolutely Hopeless..
Drove 19kms (one way) to the bank for 2 consecutive days just because my card was getting declined everytime though there was sufficient funds. Bank couldnt tell me why is it happening. Asked me to send an email to their branch manager. Sent. Then they told me they havent recieved my email. After 2 days my brand new card is still not working.
What is more annoying is, it took them 2 days to admit the fact that they cant give me a resolution. Hence, as a customer I am helpless and as a bank Saraswat is highly Incompetent, Inefficient and Hopeless.

Staff is ok, should work more fast. It will take 20-25 min average to complete the bank job.

Actually I don't have experience about staff but on website they have mentioned timing from 4.30to 6.30 in evening Which is not the case. Timings are only till 3pm
Atleast they should change it ,how will people from out of pune who shift to Pune know about it
