Bank employees do not communicate well with customers. Some employees do not speak or understand Marathi. The bank hours are 10.30 am to 4.30 pm but the door is closed at 4 pm.

Out of Station customers call is not attend. Staff work is very poor.only one Number in bank.all Dist Koregaon branch is third class.
