NRI BANKING With ICICI is strongly NOT recommended. Horrible service standards, especially their global branches have simply NO Control on your account to the extent they have no access to your account dues, payouts or transaction history. Shocking.

It is best to stick with the Leading Global Banks as Citibank or Standard Chartered for optimal services when based out of your home country.

We are following up with them since last 15 days for our account unfreeze but didnt get any positive response from them.
They are very rude on phone calls.
They are very happy for closer of account. Not insist to their customers to maintain the account in ICICI bank.

We are following up with them since last 20 days for our PPF account close due medical emergency and life threatening disease. supporting documents couriered through India post with all details. But no response even nobody called for verification. I come here to rate negative❎ ---5 -ve ratings.

worst service . Icici bank malad west liberty garden branch says they do not open saving account of those customers who can't deposit 1lac 25k at the time of opening. They only open sliver n above account. This is disgusting. They want only premium customers in there branch.

This ICICI Nariman Point Branch closes at 3 pm and not 4.30 pm. Suggest an edit. Good service and helpful staff. Spacious and well maintained premises. Extreme end of Nariman Point. Branch situated at the last end of Free Press House. Regular BEST bus service from the gate of the building to Churchgate Station Eros Cinema.

I would like to get a reversal for a wrong transaction that I made to ICICI Nariman branch. I have contacted ICICI customer care and it takes 35 days for them to respond. After 2 communication which took 2 months, now they advised me to contact Nariman branch directly. Kindly share an email or contact number of Nariman branch, so that I can resolve the issue at least by this year.

Worst bank, to be precise Nariman point branch is the worst of all. They have not issued a new debit card for past 2 years and have charged me annually for the same. When I inquire about it they keep on pushing the work on one another. It seems they don't want to reverse the amount they deducted. Every time staff keeps on changing.If negative ratings could be given, I would have given one.
