Too MUCH TIME TAKING,
utterly DISAPPOINTED...
AMOUG ALL BRANCHES I VISITED,ONE OF THE MOST DISLIKED TODAY.

Apologies, do not want to sound rude here, but I've Never Seen a bank like this. And I'm not clear how they are still in business.

They (a senior gentlemen who I will not name) advised that it will take 2 months to open an savings account. Can be a benchmark of how NOT to talk to customers.

Additionally, it seems it's a mandate to have a savings account to open a PPF account.

If I could give 0 stars I'd go for it, my family members' savings account opening forms were submitted and they lost the forms somewhere in the bank. The account creation takes max 3 days; we inquired on the 5th day, the middle aged lady that sits in the center with specs said it would take about a month and that they sent the forms to the main branch where it might take time, we went there again on 10th day and she said to just wait and not hurry with utter ill manner and rudeness. We called the main branch on day 15, they said they don't take such forms and that the branch does that themselves and creates accounts. We went to that lady again and said we called the main branch and he's recorded the complaint and will forward the call; she got scared, they all started searching for our forms and couldn't find one. After an hour, they found it and said we'll do it, you'll get a message in the next 2 days. If it wasn't a necessity, I wouldn't even have waited, would've opened an account in another bank. Irritating staff and experience with the Katraj BOI.

Staff has no manners to talk with customers, they can't even solve simple problems like their given debit card doesn't even work after vising the bank 4 times for same issue. Staff act like customers are made for bank and not bank is made for customers . Horrible, worst bank ever .

Worst bank staff....lady manager not have sence to how to talk with customer....very very rude behaviour at all....they are very rude and non supportive puplic....not even solve any problem...bad support at all....manager and all staff very bad....katraj Pune branch bakwas and hoelpeless people
