Very much satisfied with service .Staff is very cooperative & helpful.Good thing is its paperless bank fill form online and submit it into bank 2nd day your account is open .Quick service by staff. CDM machine in bank is not working many times specially at Holiday is the only drawback of sbi.

Service is very poor. Staff is insufficient and inefficient also. Their passbook printing machine never works. It takes half an hour to print a passbook on counter as there is a long queue of customers. They should keep at least 2 counters to print the passbooks. The clerk printing the passbook works very slowly. Service in other nationalized banks is better than SBI.

Okish experience. Depends on employee's mood and working of A/C.

Got done my work with in a hour.....really glad we have such well experienced a mnd supportive staff at SBI .

Very poor service always ,totally non cooperative staff, if anything mishaps happen they never consider to u but if mistake from sbi people they never accept. Always frustrated. No use to continue their own business services. If this attitude work at this age for educated people?then how r u people behave with non-educated and illiterate persons.

Very slow working Not Good service

Staff are co-operative,specially Branch Manager Bohara sir.
