I really don't know whether it is co-op bank or corporate bank.

In general all Bank branches aggressively pursue their targets but this branch is two steps ahead of all others. We wanted to urgently clear one cheque of high value but apparently this branch wanted to retain the amount to meet their quarterly targets. They had the temerity of not clearing the cheque even though we had funds in the account. Highly unprofessional.

First Bank without Counting Machine...

Arrogant Manager.. No counting machine... min 30 mins for 1 transaction.. everytime ask to go to another branch.. reasons: no accountant, less staff, lunch break, workload, no counting machine...

Today another incident... bank opens st 9:30am, its 10:15am and still all are in cabin for meeting.. no one at counter.. when asked, told me that its comolianxe meeting.. i dont kbow what kind of meeting it is

Staff are not co operative
At the time of issuing credit card, staff was so much following me and requesting to take credit card, and after taking the card , service not given properly
