Very poor customer service. I have been there with a senior citizen who have a account there, to withdraw some money. They are delaying us without proper reason saying 'some technical issues'. Even for passbook entry. And some male staffs were too roude with us.

Worst experience as they take unwanted fines even if we have money in our account on the date that they always takes the amount.even after showing the bank statement they claims that few days back there wasn't enough amount ,so that time they had sent the check or something. If that was the case ,why would they give a particular date of collection and give us a misconception. I would never recommend the services from this bank to anyone and there is no option to speak to the customer care service too.

I went there today for a Credit card enquiry. Didn't get the card though. But Mr Jinu Aprem, senior Relationship manager has led me through the details and clarified things giving me ample time and attention.. Don't know much about the user experience since I don't hold an account in the bank.

Very bad behaviour from priyesh . I have a vehicle loan in this bank .im called priyesh to ask some doubts and he started talking very badly. Then he started calling bad words.Have you taught your staff to behave? This is a very bad situation.
