No one cares customer. They treat us a fraud or a suspeious person

Loan section is good and they are treating customers very good. But some other staffs are having an attitude and they are thinking they are above manager and they behave very rude . Example " Are you coming now? You should come in morning ".

They treat customers like a beggar. Manager and other staffs are worst. Because of these people we suffered a lot. Please stay away from this idiots. Such pathetic bank and staffs

I don't have good experience, the staff doesn't know the value of others time

Worst branch .. staffs doesn’t have any knowledge about abroad fund transfer.. very bad attitude

It was little bit crowded when I visited there. One of the statf inside a cash counter is not much customer friendly and he didn't gave any proper answers to my queries. Teach "him/her" about interacting with customers. 🙊

please dont go to this branch in kidangoor, their customer service is the worst. they dont have any kind of respect towards their customers.
staff sitting in counter 2 is really arrogant and he is treating the bank's customers like beggers.

Such a waste bank branch in kerala and waste staff shame on your service
