Very poor costumer service... Bad behavior

Good servicing especially the guy in the cash counter

Very bad customer interaction and staffs are very arrogant.

My bank since childhood. SBI gives me better service each time.

The bank is situated on the first floor of the Ambakuzhy trade center building. It is always busy and crowded. Very slow workers are here. Sometimes we might need to wait for the service for a long time in the que. Better to use the CDM/ ATM located under the building for cash deposit/ cash withdrawal instead of wasting the time in que.

Customers have to wait outside since there is no space inside for them to sit... Especially in case of senior citizen. Customer service is also very poor. Once we reach there for a service, they will send us back saying that to visit after 3 days.

Bad and irresponsible staffs

Very bad and worst experience with this branch. Poor banking and worst staffs...👎👎
