ICICI Bank Kollam-Branch & ATM

though i liked the service on my first visit there. i was very disappointed after the same officer who attended to me on the earlier visit was not so attentive to my complaint. i had no money in my hand and my salary was transferred to the wrong account number which was not his mistake but the officer did nothing but blame the other bank for doing the transfer to the wrong account. i didn't expect his empathy but at least i expect a solution. i had to visit that branch again with my boss again to raise the same issue. then i had to make a few calls to find out whats best for me.

The Kollam main branch moved from earlier location near Shah International to this new location nearer to kadapakkada with more parking space and customer convinence.

It still is a busy bank and much of the accounts it handles are either trade accounts or small scale enterprise segment

Services are not fully satisfied.They do not accept by cash but Cash accepting machine does not accept new 50 and 200 notes.

Security personal deployed is very much helpful and well behaved.

Excellent branch and provided the best service. Staffs were so cordial. Besides ICICI mobile application is the best and staffs were so helpful to explain the features..

There is no proper support for our issues also nobody is responsible for debited or gone amounts, many backend teams are working for icici bank to debit out money no security many unwanted msgs call are coming and they can do anything in your account be carefull before starting with icici

Can I get the branch number I need that I wanted to open an account in your branch please reply.i wanted to open a kids account for my son so it cant be done online so I asked for the branch number
