Not worth it. Their service is extremely slow and wont hesitate in calling u again and again to their branch for basic work. Additionally, their phone number on google is wrong.

Very very very bad service provided by the branch…applied for home loan and it’s been more than 20 days since i have applied…they are Still asking for documents one by one and not processing the case…daily they ask for a new document…they don’t even have a complete checklist of documents…very very very un professional approach. Would like to give zero star

ATM machine always in maintenance. Always 2 persons standing in front of the ATM and saying it's not working. No doubt that reviews are correct. It should not deserve any more than that.

You neglected to specify that the branch is closed on the second and fourth Saturdays on this webpage. Today I visited the branch ( that is indicated on your website as "Open" in green color next to your branch name. ) but finally it was closed with a guideline poster which indicates "2nd & 4th Saturday closed", but not on this webpage

Very slow in cheque transfer,given cheque today morning, they said it is transferred in 30min,but 2 hrs are completed, no transfer

Don’t waste your time going here ... their computers don’t even work ... they won’t hesitate to call you multiple times for your task and then won’t be ashamed when their computer won’t start. Plus their relationship managers are either fraud or don’t answer your calls. Unless u have balance close to 1cr or more.
Me and my family has always had bad experience with this bank. Avoid opening an account here if u can.
