Vry Poor Service...staff's way of talking is so useless...Have to go again and again for a small work...Specially ladies staff!!!

This is really a pathetic situation prevailing in this bank. I am wasted my 5 days and still the new passbook not ready. The staff making lame excuse.the counter no 2 staff has no manners to talk & never does any work. God knows how they work . Due to this kind of staff , people suffers.
Really, Due this kind of staff this NSM branch is earning bad name.
