In my branch there is no value or respect of customer. If we want (me and my wife) to withdraw money from our account there is double check of our identification my account is near about 10 year old why ? They doing this every time. I told branch manager about this but there is no profit of that. I think i have to change my account to another

As usual as the customers are treated in public sector banks,
