Union Bank Of India

Staff is not customer friendly. Fans are not working. People are suffering from disastrous summer heating. Bank doesn't care for its customers. There is so many things to develop to become customer friendly.

3rd class service every time system or server is not running but staff is very good

A not so crowded bank with all banking facilities.

Abusive staff Narendra
Today my dad who is a senior citizen and a long standing loyal business customer of bank was insulted and behaved terribly by Narendra. He hurled abuses at him for asking his registry documents back after closing a loan account. Narendra is a thug and should be sacked and reprimanded by the bank. Shame on union bank shame on Narendra. Shame

bad service, and terrible customer service at that. If the staff can’t treat senior citizens with respect then ethics need to be revised
