Very very poor service. They are totally fraud and waste a lot of time. They took my case on 2nd dec and was saying auto loan will be done in 2-3 days. Its approx 8 days and they are still asking for 3-4 more days to approve. Mr. Surendra of ICICI talked in a very bad manner and treat us as if we have done something wrong by applying for a loan. He put false blame. Very bad experience with icici. Now i am going to close my savings account , home loan from icici due this person.
