Very good but many time customer itself donot make a line or the person came last will stand in side way and will ask his work to do first. If staff tell him to come in line customer get start argue because he knows no customer will take side of staff. Then last customer will get done his work first and very happy to make others fool. Also there is strongly need to increase one more bank's staff as one person is opening account, clear doubts, atm cheques boos rlets .

I am damn sure that the current Branch Manager Sh Ajay Kumar Gautam will raise the level of customer service and will win hearts of the people of Sampla and nearby areas. Wishing all the best

There is a dire need of change in this bank. The management and behavior of the employees currently working is of the lowest standard. But not to worry, you have the right to get the service duly, and it is possible when you raise your hand and send your complaint to the higher authority. And send it again and again until you are heard and the complaint is resolved.

I’m a new customer at SBI. I really had an impressive banking experience, never thought SBI would work at such a fast pace. The entire staff is very helpful, especially the branch manager Mr. Ajay Kumar Gautam is a gem of a person. I’ve never seen such a hardworking and knowledgeable person in a banking sector.
