I went to the bank on a Friday to cash a cheque of 5000 rupees and to my surprise they declined to do so because apparently you can't get cheques cashed at this branch. After much persisting and much lecturing on ethics by me (involved showing the sbi website which stated they were obliged to cash my cheque). After that, in complete spite they made me wait another 30 minutes, only to tell me that my signature just wasn't matching up. I'd like to point out that I have been cashing cheques with that same signature for the last 5 years. They even denied showing me my signature on the system despite my giving them every proof of identity they might require. The next day was a 4th Saturday(bank closed over weeked) and I had no ATM card to facilitate a transaction. I shared this with them, and to my surprise they just seemed to enjoy the disposition I was in. Well, I am going to stop using my SBI account hereafter and switch to a private bank. The experience 8 had at this branch will stay with me a long time and reflects the unethical and unprofessional attitude that these so called public employees(who have fun traumatizing the public) have. I hope they all lose their jobs for not affording me access to my hard earned money.. Pathetic

Very bad experience with Rahul Manager, unprofessional and rude behavior. They also have a salesperson named Kirtivardhan who lies to everyone about the facilities about the bank. Totaly Fraud. Biggest Liar.
