It is so frustrating when you are coming from 30 kms to speak to someone in bank and that bank doesn't even exixt in that area which was informed by your customer care and i can see reviews of people who had same issue of locAting the bank and from last 5 years you are not even capable of updating the Address.....and there tAg line says " Hum hai na, khyaal apka" ..... Please update the locAtion or stop fooling the people around by such tag lines

Got a call from an employee Ms. Priya Roza. Shouted, misbehaved for no reason and said that ICICI bank will continue to harass me. Just because some unknown defaulter gave them my number.

Submitted PMAY SUBSIDY form on 8th Dec 2021. Was told would an SMS to confirm the submission of the form. Nothing has happened until now. Not sure if they would do it. People receive SMS within a day or two. Seems would have to visit again. Pathetic, so many negative feedback yet there is no improvement.

Still struggling with the PMAY applied on 8th Dec'2021. I visited your bank branch on 8th of December 2021 to fill up the PMAY form and I did it. Your bank's employees do not perform their tasks properly. I did not receive any information for a month, in between I raised complaints also and in return I only got assurance but no results. I visited the branch on 12th January 2022 and I was told that the Loan Account number was filled on the Subsidy form and that's why it was not processed further. I ask you what did your bank executive check on the form when I filled it first. YOUR FAILURE. Second visit, provided all the details, no response. Raise another SR to follow up and we were told we do not qualify for the subsidy without giving us the reason. We then asked for the reason and we were told the co-applicant owns another property. Again without any explanation. We asked again where the property is, we asked for the address and documents with which you got to know this, then we were told it is declared with the PMAY form. I sent you the PMAY to say there is no such section to declare. After this you told me it is declared on the loan application. I have the blank copy of the documents which I received by courier to sign but the papers were already signed by us as someone from the bank visited. There is no such section on the form to declare what they are quoting.

It seems not just this branch but the entire Bank and it's management is crooks. They don't know how to respond to a query. They respond without logic, without explanation, without complete detail. If you ask questions more then they are willing to answer, they ask to visit any branch. Don't understand why does this bank has email support, call centers, Google support, Twitter support when all these morons can't provide any solution or complete any task and instead would ask to visit branch. When one has to visit branch why the there people exists. The bank must stop all these online support system and call centers and the wages paid to them should be paid to the bank's customer as increased interests. I was a happy man until i started dealing with this bank for loan, cards and other services. I had nothing but problem with this bank in every single transaction. This is how their profit is increasing by not providing benefits to it's customers. FIX IT

I asked to settle the outstanding amount of my credit card but they started asking me for my signature on my id and when I called customer care for this they said that it is not required and they are telling me that Otherwise we will come to your house, I do not understand what should I reply to this. anyone help me this
