The only thing they know is to say no. Specially the female employees. They avoid working and it is the worst branch I have ever visited. They don't even want to listen to you query, they say they only transfer money of the people who have their account in their branch. I don't know,how the hell non NRI branch account person will transfer his money to abroad.
