Lady at car loan section very rude and impolite. My dad's loan was approved a day late plus harassment gone through in bringing the documents she didnt tell initially to bring along.

Poor experience of car loan. I took 5 lakh car loan and returned it within 5 months after taking loan from other sources. Going to SBI is horrifying. Pl. don't take loan from SBI. Without informing customers, they shifted to other place and I was standing outside the bank calling its officials and no one picking up. One of the shopkeepers of the mall told me that the bank has shifted to the other sector. The trauma I faced with SBI cannot be worded here. Pathetic and hopeless people. Even customer care doesn't care.

The branch has already closed. Don't come to this place the nearest branch is in sector 20 near marble market.

The young bank manager is unwelcoming and rude with customers. She tries to avoid her routine tasks and make excuses.

SBI sector 22 Dwarka New Delhi is very efficient branch. Humble staff always available for any help to the customer. Customers are welcomed cheerfully. Best wishes

Very bad no body is there to response

Lady sitting at counter number 2 talks rudely and try to avoid her daily tasks by talking rudely with customers. Lady said that my ATM card cheque book will be delivered in 15 days but after 20 days when i checked, request for both of them was not even raised. Pathetic customer expereience.
