Fake address don't hv any bank on this location

One star is also more for their service. Ridiculous and duffer staff. who dont know why they are there and what are they doing??

After 9 months of opening account, they told that there is kyc issue on repeatedly asking for consecutive 3 days about the issue but still problem is not resolved.

Don't open account at sector 15 branch rohini , Delhi and this branch should be closed.

Great services and friendly staff

Completely unprofessional. Staff lack any urgency to work. Very laid back attitude.
Gives a proper “sarkari bank vibe”.

Not upto the mark with its brand name “HDFC”.

This branch is totally unorganised. There is no sequence to attending the customers. Only one person to cater to 4 customers and no sequence is followed. It's a shame how there is a huge difference in how the hdfc bank branches are managed versus the home loan branches. Unless you can do online banking stay away from this branch at least. All other negative feedback is true.

Service is very slow

Need to open NRE account. They are clueless and after wasting 40mins they said go to other branch.
