Very disappointed with the bank, feeling cheated. The credit card department offered me some another limit but the card I received having very less limit from the discussed one.

Fraud bank never take loan from this bank they hidden the things never give you loan pdf file just give in excel. So be care full

Totally dissatisfied from this branch, never help people.no sense of talking to any of the staff specially person who sits on the help desk and cashier name Shweta.

Now nationalised bank is far better then this branch. Will close the account soon from you idiots. Cashier is pathetic lady

The staff is not competent according to the profile of this international UK based bank.

The style of working of this bank's staff is like they work in a government office.

The management & staff is unorganized here.

Not expected this type of services from this private sector bank.

Mr. Nanda is super head here. He is not intersted in providing any valid solution to any customer regarding any bank services.

Worst ever bank, poor customer service,visited the bank today to get my account activated, despite carrying the docs i was told to bring original Pan card. And was told that it takes 4-5 working days to get the accounts re-activated. Poor ambiance , had to stand outside and wait for over 20mins to get inside , staff is extremely unsupportive, rude and discourteous towards the customers and dont know how to deal with them. Lack of knowledge and very poor behaviour. No parking facility for bank customers, have to pay parking charges every time even for short visits, avoid dealing with this fraud bank at any cost they just eat up all your money, Will close my account with this fraud bank ASAP

This afternoon I visited a punjabi bagh branch for open a current account for my company as I'm already customer of standard chartered.but in the customer care desk there was a fatty guy who even don't want to listen my queries about my business..you guys will loose customer for your annual revenue if these type of guys working on customer portal. This branch is worst then any govt bank. Advise to go any branch apart of this.
