Worst services as usual expected from SBI. I had to wait 2.30 hrs for just to update passbook. One counter was only working with ,50+ people waiting. Mr Hitesh , manager branch was busy chatting with his female colleague and had no solution for any request. Behaving as if he is dumb.

I submitted a cheque on 11.04.2019 and people are so amazing in this bank that even till today I have not got the cheque credited . For the clearification 1 have been to Bank 3 times , the second time it was told me that you will get it tomm ie (16th) when I had a word with asst manager of Sbi . Since these people are so good with the work they do it same was not done . I went again back to them on 20th and even met the manger of tha bank who assured that it will be submitted to your account by Monday , today is that fateful Monday . Banks are closed when you try calling them no one picks up the calls , these people are so reliable that I have decided I don’t want their account anymore , I know it won’t effect their work but for sure atleast I don’t have to go through this mental trauma , one more thing if someone can help me in legal matter since the cheque has not been credited and it’s the 10 th day today and also I have to pay late payment charges for so many pending payments can I sue this worlds greatest bank in court , can anyone help ??

I visited on 28th Jan'21 at around 11 am. Window 1 gentlemen was very nice and quite fast with his work.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by SBI Jasola branch in particular as I was struggling with getting the internet banking activated of my account at my end and visited other branch as well. Then I visited Jasola branch the staff was very cooperative, active and knowledgeable. My issue was resolved within 10 mins hence saving a lot of my time and effort. Really appreciate the working staff of this branch. They really know the value of a customer and are very polite while dealing with them.

The staff from the guard to the branch manager is extremely cooperative, professional and knowledgeable. If you bring a problem to them, they will ensure it gets resolved at their end or will guide to until resolved

Bank Staff doesn't want to do the work by their own. New customers can puzzle there by seeing the set-up. Digitalization is implemented in every bank but SBI still works on old patterns which should ideally be changed according to time.

Very bad staffs and very bad service in this branch. I don't like this.

The Staff Members are very rude. I know you can't expect much from a Government Employee in India. They are known to be rude and aggressive but still, there is a limit to it. There should be some laws as to check how the govt employees behaves with general public
