state bank of India , Karawal nagar : The staff is very rude. At least they can give respect to elders and guide them properly.The Branch manger does all the jobs ( meant for support staff ) except his job. The account holders are mostly pensioners/ elderly persons. Majority of time the bank branch is running short of stationary.

Oldest bank in Karawal Nagar. Bank has large number of customers but staff as well as area is limited to cater such large crowd. In these days, you need to take a token # first to enter in bank. I have seen even old age people to struggle to enter in the bank to get their pension.

This is the worst branch of SBI i have ever seen in Delhi. And also the all Bank staff behaviour towards their customers is very rude and if any customer asked him any question they don't respond nicely or not correctly they give answer.

This bank is really very very bad. And their staff i really very bad. They don't have manners that how to deal with public. Very rood staff I requst to all the people to not open their account in the SBI bank because, they will waste your time for doing any quiries, work . Please do'nt open their account in that SBI bank
