Punjab National Bank & ATM

This bank has moved from a bigger premises to smaller premises and that too after hike in customers. This bank is I guess waiting for the tragedy just around the corner. Too much rush in narrow space. And on top of all one of the most non Co-operative staff in the service of the customers. Would suggest every sensible person to get rid of this bank.

Nothing positive about this bank, this place is a mess. Just look through the entrance and you see people waiting in queues. I went for passbook printing and there were no electric passbook printing machines instead of it one lady was printing the passbooks lazily and in the line there were more than 60 people waiting before me. You won't believe it until you see it but that's the truth. And in the line you hear noise of the crowd and bad smell of people who don't bother to use deodorant. Staff is rude bit that's common in all the banks.

Its very worst experience with the staff and manager...
My account details were hacked online and i approached bank for the same ....
I had some amount in my account which i needed for house renovation work in a week...
N i was worried about the hack.....
Instead of helping me out staff and manager shouted and talked very rudely..
It took me 4 hours in the chaos ...
6 months back i updated bank with my KYC...and when i asked about my last kyc update manager told i don't know...
Ultimately after a long struggle of 4 hours i was at peace...
I wish no one else get troubled this way...

Earlier location was bigger
Now it has space constrain
It was very crowded earlier
It is crowded now
Service needs to be improved upon a lot
Though it has lots of work pressure
But employees here needs to be more polite And friendly to people because people are here for their hard earned money
Employee needs to understand that they are not doing any favour to people by simply doing their job or work
Bank should be more professional and customer centric
And it should improve its service and choices for people

It is all time working condition and well maintained

Such a irrogent people sitting in bank...they don't know how to behave with ur coustomer...

Most of the time, the passbook printer does not work. ATM shows error.

Rude behavior of staff and guard. Working of staff is very poor.
Building hired by bank do not have sufficient space.
Number of customers are high.
There is noparking facility..so bank should be shiftedto some other place
