ICICI Bank Mayur Vihar, Delhi-Branch & ATM

It is one of the biggest branches of ICICI Bank located in East Delhi. It's clearly visible if you are anywhere near to the bank, though parking is an issue as the bank has no special area allotted to them for the visiting customers.
The staff at the bank is really cooperative and supportive towards finding solutions to your problems.
There are 3 ATM machines and 2 Cash deposit machines.

Useless staff. Went to the branch three times to apply for a debit card for my NRO account. Each time I spent 1-2 hours at the bank, but they still didn’t do the job. They were mostly interested in selling me their investment plans. One time they didn’t have the photocopier working, so it took them for ever to take photocopy of my passport. After two weeks they sent a notification that my checkbooks are ready for pickup (which I didn’t order). Then they told me that they can’t find my passport copy and that I need to bring the original passport again. Then they told me that they can’t process the request as a customer id needed to be setup and that I needed to come in person again. At that point (having been in the branch three times already) I gave up. I had no clue what the female rep was talking about. If there was any issue, they should have caught it while I wasted so much of my time at the branch. I was in India for three weeks and could not accomplish a simple task! I am now considering moving to a different bank. And these people wanted me to invest in their investment plans!! Jokers.

ICICI Bank itself is a third rated un-professional bank. Customer service staff have half knowledge and if you are a NRI, they take you for granted.
In case of emergency to contact the Branch manager, Mayur Vihar Delhi I had to go thru customer service and never I could talk to the Br head. Finally I found the branch manager number of Mangalore branch who helped me. The then manager created my accounts under different customer id to show he has so many accounts and now the useless so called professionals are not able to club the accounts under one id

Pathetic service. Never recommend to take any service from them, even not to visit. They commit a lot but never fulfill any of their words even.
I applied loan 2 months ago by them and even today the amount is not disbursed for pre approved case. Daily a new fake commitment from their guys. Never recommended.

If you take hard copy of bank statements from the bank then it chargeable.It was not told earlier and got to know after the work had been done.

One of the worst experience and the guard at branch doesn't know how to behave with a woman.
They enjoy wasting time of a person visiting the branch.

One of the hard working bank with good staff and management. 3 ATMs and 2 CDMs all inside the bank with full security is a boon.

Worst experience with the service and specially with branch manager , partial behavior , I went for the transaction related issue to the BM cabin ,he didnt solved my issue , and he was not busy on that time ..worst branch and bad branch manager , no system ..
