Very bad experience with this bank... This bank is corrupt. One of my friend had very worst experience. They provide his relative loan on wrong paper and now the bank manager has seized his house beacuse of someone else.
Neither his family took loan nor they were involved in any kind of fraud done by bank manager and his near close friend, but now they are suffering.. they are on road.. Atleast they should have done a proper investigation before giving loan or should have some sense before seizing the house.. but this stupid dogs have no sense at all. This bank manager need to come to sense before doing such fraud.. stupid dogs..

Worst bank branch in our locality, the staff's member are totally corrupt, in 2015 they provided a big financial loan to their customer and that customerof their gave them my house on mortgage and without proper investigation of the mortgage property bank manager passed the loan as he was the close friend of that customer and the manager was the chef guest of that customer's rice mill opening ceremony, and i took a recvng from the current manager in written that this property belongs to me so pls inform me before taking any legal action on that property and reqst for proper investigation, bt the current manger sealed our house without informing us bcz of which my family is on street nd the one who took the loan is living in his house nd living a good life, and without taking any pany of this my family is suffrng nd running all the way patna to bettiah for proper investigation

Very bad I applied here for new account then he asked me about which card you want i said visa card because i want to do the transaction outside of india . The send me the rupay card . Then i went to the branch i told that I don’t said to you for this card . The he took the card and said sorry we will send the right card . Now 1.6 years later I didn’t receive any card from them. Very worst experience with this bank .
