The service provided by the staff onsite was not very good. It seems like they were always busy with some other most importantly stuff. I don't know why they don't give proper response to the customer so that they get satisfied with their service.

First of all, name is incorrect. SBI is located towards west from this location. It is the junction of three locations - Lakhisarai, Sheikhpura and Sikandara that's why it called chowk and it is located near Ramgarh gaon so this location is called "Ramgarh Chowk". Transport facilities are available from here. Banking, shopping, fooding, etc are available here.
