I have visited the Branch on 04.01.2020 at around 3PM regarding death claim. The response and receiving of the Br. head is very poor. I have not found any service orientation and approach is very casual. needs a lot of improvement for not only enhancing the business but also to retain the existing one.

Printer not working anytime, very worst service,they don't give minimum respect to customers,very poor service, shouting on common people
