bank is also having atm facility in the bank itself. atm 24/7 working. staff is also very supportive in explaining new schemes.

Care less about customer, I went for gold loan here. staff don't know the process and not even guiding the one's who are illetarate. No proper coordination with in the staff. One person who is actually initiating the loan is having knowledge but other staff members treating customer as joker.
They don't even wait for 1 min to complete the transaction before lunch. But they come after 15 min of lunch time.

Staff are very lethergic, wasting customers valuable time. Spending with collegues, chit chating, asking them to wait for longer time. Won't recommend this type of banking.
