Staff was very careless and reckless. I visited many times but never satisfied with their behaviour. I still didn't know why only SBI staff are like this careless behaviour compare to other bank's staff. I had accounts in other banks but I never faced this type of staff. Recently I visited with my mother, who was a senior citizen, to close a fixed deposit account which was already matured they made us waiting about three hours. At that time there was not much crowd in the bank. If I ask the status they were just saying it was in the process. But process was completed and they put the file aside. After asking so many times then they search and given. I absolutely dislike their behaviour.
