HDFC Bank

I never seen such a worst bank,I opened Hdfc account 2 months before not yet received any debit card .I tried to contacting them no response..

Worst branch don't take any loans fraud guies in our family we closed all salaried account, better no proper responses to, better check to make other banks it's fine.......

One of the worst bank I ever seen. Very poor in helping the customers for their needs. I opened my online bank account and completed my KYC process here and they informed me that I will get my debit card and check through post to my address. I opened my account 2 months before still am waiting. I reach out branch but they are not responding at all. This is the way how they help the customers. Single star is also waste for this.

No one is a response in that Bank and Employees is very bad behaviour unknown is the following current covid rules one more thing how to handle the customer knowledge nil and worst staff in that Bank including security also

Visited this branch for cash withdrawal, but the branch manager rejected our request since we did not bring our cheque book and asked us to withdraw from ATM. When we asked him where is the policy stated, he asked us to search in Google. Not everyone carries their cheque book with them and why there is a special rule in this branch alone. No customer service at this branch and the branch manager seems to have defined his own rules. Worst experience ever.

I was sceptical to visit the branch reading through so many negative reviews. Fortunately, I have had a great customer experience everytime I have been to the bank.
