Need to wait more time. Very crowdy but they will try to do their best.

Worst staff i have ever seen in the bank, always acting like they are doing some sort of work and neglecting the customers. Even for a Q release we need to spend an hour or one and half hour of time in bank. Not sure if any superiors are taking any action on the complaints given by customers.
1)If any one staff is on leave there is no backup for him/her, even if there is backup he/she doesn't know anything about the system and the staff asks people to get updated but the staff will not get updated.
2)Giving ATM cards is a good initiative but what is the use of giving this to poor/old (age above 60 yrs)/farmers/uneducated persons who doesn't know how to use the ATM card.One of the staff was very irresponsible for the poor customers and he was yelling on them to apply for ATM card and he said from next time onwards i will not issue money. The strange thing is that the account holder was an old man and uneducated person he clearly told i don't know how to use that and by taking also i will be coming to bank only, no use of the ATM card for me but the staff said no you have to take it. There should be an exception for the people who doesn't know how to use the ATM card.
3)For an simple update in account like mobile number/PAN/Aadhar we need to roam for 2-3 days around the bank.

Not at all a good experience with bank. In 2012 how the bank now it was more worst that that even after digitalization. No use of digitizing the SBI Bapatla branch.

The Managers and the staff are very polite and very helpful , they work like a private organisation.
Efficient and timely.

Adhar card centre officer is very reckless
Now I have to write mains exams I should submit my adhar card my adhar card has some mistakes

Worst service by this bank

Staff is very very lazy No Responsibility one Transaction is One Hour To Two hours Please Take Action seriously

I strongly recommend staff to be privatised OR teach some morals and ethics so that they behave & work properly

seniors staff (especially deputy manager operations dept) behaves very rude towards customers
