Best service ever. They respond to the consumers quickly. The bank has 6-7 counters, so it's easy to get the work done quickly

Worst service ever received

I have one of the worst experience at this branch. I requested for a new debit card to be delivered at the branch and it was delivered to my main branch. I followed up many times but with no success. They promised to call me when they get the card but still never received the card. Customer care told me to get a insta debit card but this branch did not have one for resident customers.

All time worst service from branch. They arrenge 2 counter for cash counter in that one counter take customer cash another one CMS CASH. LAST TWO YEARS iam depositing bank cash i have get a trouble from last ten days due to rush only one counter.

Worstest service problems not solved in guntur Lakshmipuram and pattabhipuram i have suggest to all my friends and co employees and relatives not go for any loan to ICICI

Very bad experience . People dnt even care amount customer requests . I open my SSY account for my kid and I faced an issue with branch mistake . Now for solving this I visited branch multiple times but still no use and they not even respond properly. Simply they are saying to meet nearest icici branch for solving the issue and they are not solving

Hello everyone I’m an NRI customer I opened an account at this ICICI BANK on this month 3rd and today is 27th they are not even registered my net banking services yet and I visited this bank 5 times to solve my problem but no help this is the worst bank and staff I have ever seen finally I closed my account today I don’t recommend this ICICI bank to any NRI customers please use small banks they are very fast and friendly.
