Bank staf is purely untrained employees.
Bank services are too worst.
My father had a account in this bank we requested for the claim process 1000rs was missing from the account we requested for an explanation from manager he is informing that government had taken the money. He is explaining that "let government eat the money on your name" let government be happy " is this the words or the reply to be given to their customers my bank manager. Truly worst. Within 20 min of bank time we faced other lady with missing money complaint..
Train your employees please or else you have to face so many problems..
Please 🙏 think thrice before using this bank services.
Not only here other union banks also same problem. My family is dealing with 4 branches and we closed 2 branches and rest 2 branches within 2 weeks of span we will close.
