Worst branch I have ever seen. Staff are rude. I never get my job done here. Even after having account I am running to other branches for my banking needs. It is mentioned that this branch will be open on Sundays but they close the doors and make customers struggle who are stuck in office on working and finish their banking needs on Sunday. Worst service. Worst staff. Rude behaviour. I had to cancel my visa appointment which I was struggling for a long time because this branch was closed on it's working day and I did get my DD even after paying the amount.

WORST STAFF! Security Guard to the Chief Manager - very inefficient. I wonder when this Bank gets privatised. Arrogance, Recklessness, Inefficiency - what not. I don’t want to bank here.
For questioning the sanctity of a Form, the Accountant made me wait standing for three whole hours!! I guess I deserve this for my Dad banking in this branch for 30 years.
Deputy Manager intervened and tried to speed up the process, but it was too late to change this review.

Very Very Worst Bank Service . Full of reckless behavior. I don't even recommend to Complete Work in this bank.. No Timings No Proper Following of their rules. Worst Bank of all time

The employees are helpful and very cooperative . We can do all kinds of financial transactions very easily and securely without wasting time .

Never take locker in this branch. There will never be a person to open the locker and you have to wait for hours to open your locker

Staff not responsive. They don't have required knowledge on latest banking services.

Staff don't know about Internet banking. Not responsive at all

No responsibility and waste of my time.. service is very bad. Other banks are so good but SBI bank and this branch has too bad. I waiting 30 min for financial aproval but they not working.. please develop yours comunication
