Branch manager b.Venkateswara Rao was very worst behaved we went 1st but recommendations he is encouraged if I ask he said wait sir and saying don’t show angry. I followed Q but he is asking out of the Q this is not good

I hate their process,very very slow...lazy and lethargic service...here,small things take lots of time...I hate banking here which is suppose to be smooth...

Worst experience ever in bank. No body take the responsibility, if an employee is in other duty. Continuously I waited for 4 hours, still the deputy manager answered wait to meet concerned employee.
