I am an NRI customer and trying to reach the branch from past 2weeks and there is no reply
sent an email to customer service bounced back as mentioned Email is full of the receiver try again later
what kind of service is this, a lot of decorative and presenting links are available on the web site but all useless
guys i would like to inform you that having attractive links on website should serve the purpose as well and the standard has to be maintained to serve your customers 😡😡😡

Such an bad experience with SBI bank. People are force to make credit card and bank themselves do online fraud and force PPL to repay the credit card bill... Which is unfair
My advice to PPL stop doing account in SBI as it's an irresponsible bank ever don't care about cxt. Nor they respect you.

The branch manager is useless and helpless . He ignores people and very bad customer service .

The lady who is dealing the savings bank account opening wearing spectacles and sitting exactly straight to the door is the worst public dealing persons who I faced. Please change your behaviour with customers. Be friendly and helpful

Yes I agree they are not help those people are new in this city yesterday I came in Goa panaji first time and I say to charge my mobile in the bus stand they say directly no I not give charge and not help very rudely. And I decide never come again in this place and I give advise those people are come to visit from West Bengal I say not to go Goa.
