Service is very slow, they could have been provide good service. I hope they will hear customers complains and improve them.

Pathetic service by ICICI as a whole. I had given an application with all required documents for closing my savings account, it's been 15 days now, it hasn't been done. I was told 3 days. Neither am I able to connect to anybody on phone. The toll free number is the only number available and that too it doesnt allow you to talk to a customer care executive, keeps going round and round and finally reached a dead end and disconnects the call.

Staff is arrogant and condescending. Pathetic service. Do not expect any sort of help from them. Only look to increase their personal incentives by pitching unwanted schemes and least bothered about a normal man's banking issues that actually require help.

The withdrawal and deposit is very quick and staff is very efficient, and experience

Tokens for Adhar card updates are issued @8 30 am. its secret only the security guy knows.

Very bad services busy in talk to each other and keeping customers waiting.
