HDFC Bank

HDFC bank. Located in Porvorim. Great location as it is situated right on the National Highway. Very friendly staff. They have two floors. Well the first floor is well layed out. The second floor is a little cramped . Especially with respect to head room. As u tend to need to duck around. There always seems to be a bottle neck. As the customer service desk is located right next to the door. So if you have a couple of customers with queries. It tends to block the door. Wide variety of services provided. Right from simple bank accounts to investment options as well as insurances. They have forex services as well. there is ample car parking available. Which is a much needed feature.

1 of the most horrible experiences ever not only with a banking but overall negligence.
I have applied for a credit card 5 months back and it still has to reach me.
And this was after the bank insisting me to get a credit card on my account opening.
No progress at all in this I opened my account here think they might be good but the porvorim branch and hdfc I think are not worth it.

HDFC Bank staff has always been ever so friendly and reach out to help. Loccation is convenient too - I shifted my account from Panji to Porvorim. They are a cheerful lot!

Hi, I need a personal banker, hdfc porvorim branch never answers calls, I need to do open a trust demat account and do a health policy.

Cashier has lots of attitude he is talking so rudely worst experience .
