Cute little corner bakery in middle of residential area. Bread and cupcakes are really fresh. Have a wide range of pastries and baked goods. Loved the cookies. There are a few chairs and tables to dine in. Definitely a good place for a quick stop.

Such a wonderful place to have a healthy food and desserts. The tuna salad and the grilled chicken sandwich were so full of flavor and nutrition and a must try when someone visits the place. Breads and pastries are freshly baked and they also have all varieties of ingredients which would be required for preparing a salad with utmost quality and value.

One of the trusted names in the field of bakery in Chennai, it's located conveniently in Adyar. Presently, they're following all the COVID 19 guidelines and so dining options aren't available. You're only allowed takeaways. I tried their Vanilla flavoured Cup Cake, Chicken Puff, Paneer Puff, Egg Puff & Plum Cake and found them to my satisfaction completely.

Heaven for cake lovers and also haters

First of all, you will feel like you have entered into paradise when you smell the aroma as soon as you open the door. This is definitely not looks and feels like a regular bakery or shop, as the name indicates, you feel like you have entered into a cake Laboratory. All the cakes you see, you eat, you smell and you touch are made a couple of minutes ago or couple of hours ago. You may feel that I am being exaggerating until you personally visit this place, and hey you can thank me later.

The only disappointment is there is just one table here with 2 chairs. Luckily when I go there, there were no one sitting. But I do not want to consider that at all after having a slice of chocolate cake into my mouth.

I can wait in a queue for hours and grab whatever is available and have that go slowly into my stomach until my soul is blessed 🥹🧁❤️

This place has a scent of an actual Old Bakery with some refined bakery stuff. They have some exotic stuff which you should try. Even their Bread is a treat.

But they only a few tables to sit and eat. Car parking on the street.

Very good quality bakery. For fresh croissants you need to be there by 830 AM or they get sold out soon.

The breads are awesome and their collection of small eats is quite good. It's a premium store, so don't expect to bill less than 300 to 400 if you are buying for a family. The breads get over quite early in the evening. So reach before 7 if you want your share of the day's bakes. The quiche and other items are not exceptional, but ok.

Old Madras Baking Company has a wide array of baked delicacies. They have freshly baked, all natural, preservative free n extremely delicious breads. For people looking for healthier bread options, they've cereal bread, made of millets, wheat, oats, pumpkin seeds, barley etc.
They also have variety of jams, pickles n sauces.
They have cookies, pizzas,cakes (limited options though) for a quick bite.
Grab them soon before they go off the rack.
They have a very limited seating ie just two tables.
A small joint which smells like heaven with courteous staff.
