good but expensive............ further on enquiry I was told most bakery items cannot be prepared withour maida and vegetable fat (vanaspati)........... this shocked me since that is a culprit for high cholesterol............ cannot bakeries use refined oil or even ghee instead of vanaspati ??? Since all products offered by the bakery are of very good taste and given the responsibile manner in which the owner has replied I modify my rating to a 5 star rating. We need bakeries that are sensitive to the health needs of its customers and even if a little expensive can give products of quality............ keep it up balaji bakers............... I have been visiting your outlet since 2000.................keep it up and eliminate vegetable fat if at all it is used....

One of the most trusted bakery. They always have fresh stock of baked items. Must try their tea cake and pudding. It is absolutely delicious.

As a oldest bakery and cake shop in coimbatore its disappointing on Staffs behavior. Staffs should be well trained on how to service customers

Best traditional bakery in town...but the staffs behaviour is atrocious... Before entering into the shop I saw them body shaming a fellow customer laughing and giggling.... They must learn manners first.....

Japanese cake is not tasted like before.
Japanese cake is top item in your shop.
I don't know whose decision to reduce the quality and taste.
We are purchasing and tasting it about from 35years.
Many times purchase recently...
About year.
The taste is become worest.
Plz handover the production of Japanese cake to the older person who use to cook this.
Or please give proper training to new cook.
Plz follow your elders who stand for taste and quality.

Bought the ghee / butter biscuits from here. It was overcrowded and didn't have a place to park, but the taste was splendid! Best in the city. Will always buy the biscuits from here.
