Good place, actually a subsidiary of the best in the town.

Snacks gets finished early so don't get late.

It is a very good bakery there are so many food i like this bakery very much

The 'go to' place for fresh and delicious baked goodies. Not an upscale or fancy place but this is the place is worth visiting.

Very insensitive to customer care. A number of times asked for a item, and all three staff members did not care for, casually busy with thier pre-occupation and never bothered to attend or acknowledge. I had to visit elswhere.

It's one of the first bakery in kottayam.They have a lot of delicacies.

Very bad customer service . The staff are extremely arrogant. We went to have to have food and when we asked for spoons, the lady just threw it on the table, which was unhygienic.
We were only two people and we were seated in a four person table. The staff wanted to take an empty chair and they asked us to get up from the chair we were seated on even though they could have easily taken the chair that was already vacant.

Best known for the pastry called "Butter Beans". Recently bought these and found it be not tasty at all. If someone wants to buy " Butter Beans" the best place is Cochin Baker's in Cochin. This bakery is in Kadavantara Kaloor bye pass.

Njn innu oru caramel butter cake vagichuu..very bad taste..don't buy this flavor...im very dissatisfied...
