Navya Bakers, Panampilly

Loved the cake but shakes weren't good for the rate it is offered. Price for common snacks are reasonable but for shakes it was high and truly disappointing too. Could be better.

Navya bakers is without doubt one of the best places in Kochi to get fresh and quality bakery items. The meat and veg samosas, puffs, cutlets and traditional dishes like vattayappam, unniappam, kinnathappam, elayada etc get sold like hotcakes. Most of the bakery items get sold out by 6 p.m. daily. Good quality pickles are also available here. The cakes are also really good and the pricing is just right.The staff is also very polite and courteous.

Products are nice. But the staff behavior at the shop was very bad. The attitude and the response are poor. Expect a better service quality from brand like Navya. Qualified staff is a must, otherwise people will stay away from you.

Products are really good..But the staff behaviour is really bad. They serve us as if we are standing there for free food.I came out today even without buying. Owners have to look into this seriously

Almost every item is on an upper side in quality wise.Big fan of their bun n meat puffs.
